We are looking for a Group Travel Specialist (m/f/x) to join our incoming travel agency as soon as possible on a permanent contract.
Who are we?
Vem Conhecer Cabo Verde (VCCV) is an incoming travel agency that works closely with the specialist tour operator Reiseträume Kapverden as well as other international partners. VCCV specialises in organising both individual and group tours across the Cape Verde Islands.
Our goal is to create tailor-made travel experiences that provide authentic insights into the beauty and diversity of Cape Verde.
What to expect – Your responsibilities:
- Planning, calculating, and organising group tours to Cape Verde
- Developing new travel concepts and themed tours for groups
- Close collaboration with local partners, accommodation providers, and service providers
- Coordinating and managing travel logistics on-site
- Communicating with international tour operators and clients
What we expect – Your profile:
- Experience in planning and organising group tours, ideally in incoming tourism
- Strong knowledge of Cape Verde and its tourism sector
- Language skills: Good conversational English; Portuguese and/or Creole knowledge is an advantage
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Team player with a passion for working with partners and clients
